A race refers to the racial history of a character and the types of experiences they might have gone through in childhood. More concretely, your race will determine which skills, spells, and stats you start with on a new character as well as which racial bonuses and penalties you have.

There are sixteen races in Cosrin and each one offers a unique perspective on the game.

Catline

Base stats:

Dark Elf

Dragon Kin

Other unique features:

  • Unable to ride mounts but innately has the CHARGE command.
  • Can only wear rings, no armor.
  • Can trigger fly using the FLY and LAND commands.
  • Unique text when entering and exiting rooms
